STUDENT ACCOUNT RESET REQUEST FORM


This form is for students who have forgotten their password and need to reset it.



Note: You can find your FULUG Number by follwing the proceedure below:

  1. => Login to your UG portal at https://my.fulafia.edu.ng
  2. => Click on the "Bio-Data" link
  3. => Click on the "Download" link at the top right corner of the page
  4. => Open the downloaded file and look for the "FULUG"
  5. => Copy the FULUG Number and paste it in the FULUG Number field above
Note: This will reset your password to the default password which is your matric number
